Return Options

Once entries are found by the Find Entries activity, this property box determines which related entries will also be returned.

To configure Return Options

1. Add the Find Entries activity to your workflow definition by dragging it from the Toolbox Pane and dropping it in the Designer Pane.
2. Select the activity in the Designer Pane.
3. Under Return Options in the Properties Pane, choose one of the following.

   

To return siblings of the entry or path found

• Select Return Siblings.

Example: If the Finances folder contains the Tax Documents folder and the Travel Documents folder at the same level, the Tax Documents folder and the Travel Documents are siblings.

To return children of the entry or path found

• Select Return Children.

Example: If the Finances folder contains the Tax Documents folder,the Tax Documents folder is the child of the Finances folder. This concept applies to all types of entries.
